You have to see this camera!

This morning over at Mom Knows It All, Val wrote a post about a Magnavox Digital Keychain Camera and I just had to tell you all about it!

This little camera is smaller than a credit card, attaches to your keychain and holds 20 pictures at 288×352 resolution. This would be great to have, as Val suggests in her post in case of a car accident or other emergency where having immediate photographs might be very helpful. The camera connects to your computer via a USB cable (appears to be included) and uses a AA battery (also included). This thing also takes videos, although the memory isn’t huge so they would have to be short.

This camera retails for $29.99 but right now it is on sale at Buy.com for $4.99 and includes FREE SHIPPING. They don’t guarantee that you will receive a specific color, it comes in white, silver, pink or blue and the one you will receive will be random. They allow you to buy up to 5 per customer. Maybe this is a good way to get started on your Christmas shopping!

I can think of numerous situations where I was afraid my regular digital camera would get damaged and I wish I had a disposable camera. This gives you the portability of the disposable cameras, at the same price (or less) plus it can be used over and over again!

I am a big fan of Buy.com and you can be safe shopping there online. Go check out the Magnavox Digital Keychain Camera when you get a chance. You can’t beat the price. If anyone has used one of these, I’d love to hear how it works. I am pretty sure I am going to pick up at least one of them for myself.

Thanks for the info. Maybe I’ll get one for my youngest son. He has been bugging me for a digital camera and I refuse to pay out the money because he doesn’t take good care of his stuff .Maybe this would be the perfect 1st digital camera for him and that way if he leaves it on the floor in his bedroom and steps on it and breaks it I won’t feel like it’s an expensive lesson well learn but an inexpensive lesson well learn. Thanks Again~!
