See those little guys over there? Those icky, yucky, ugly creepy bugs? They are called dust mites and did you know they live in your bed? On your pillow? They are microscopic and there could be up to 10 million of them in your mattress.

Not only are dust mites just gross to think about, they are also a trigger for allergy sufferers and cause allergic reactions such as hay fever, watering eyes, itching, difficulty breathing, eczema and sneezing. I love that these provide allergy relief! My husband’s allergies are just horrible and lead him to insomnia a lot of the time. I would love for him to get a really good night’s sleep!

For allergies it says “It is estimated that two million dust mites can thrive in an unprotected mattress” Yikes. I’d like to keep those little buggers away
