Wordless Wednesday – doesn’t everyone have one of these hanging in their family room?

My Great-Grandfather killed it. It tried to kill him first.

Wow, what a story! It looks somewhat noble, sitting up there. :)

  2. He looks well for his age! my hubby has been wondering if he had the hide tanned too… ya know those hunting types… He would die to go for one of these! LOL!

  3. Can’t say that I do.

This is my husband’s dream to put something on the wall in our house..the catch is that he has to actually shoot something and track it in order to bring it home.

  5. Sharon says:

No never! I don’t think I could handle that in my house, nightmares and freakout would ensue.

  6. Nope. All the laughing animal heads are in my brothers’ homes, and I feel for their wives. My brother John has named his two deer heads Lewis and Clark. LOL.

  7. Judy says:

No, I don’t have one in my living room, which I’m very grateful for, though it would certainly be a great conversation starter for company.

  8. Yikes it tried to kill him? My boys would love to have a bear hanging in the living room, me not so much.

  9. Jenn says:

When I was a kid we had one of those too,now that I have my own house…I do not ! haha

  10. Deborah says:

Kinda neat way to remember Grandpa, not sure I want it in the family room though.
