Ughhh it's terrible and it was scary when the first ones happened. Reggie can go for months with no seizures and then all of a sudden he'll have one.
I think Reggie is eating something in our yard which is causing it. Do you have ivy in your yard or any climbing type vine? Does your does seizure happen more in one season than another?

Kim, I also have a dog who has unexplained seizures. He is almost 8 years old. You know, as I think back, his first seizure started when we switched his Heartworm medicine from Heartguard to Interceptor and got more frequent since we moved to the country and started giving him Frontline for flea prevention. Thank you so much for this info, my husband just left to go talk to the vet to see what he thinks.
Do you remember which flea medicine you were using?
They tested his blood sugar so the only thing we do know is that they are not related to low-blood sugar because his blood sugar is normal.

Julie,<br

We have an older Lab/Retriever mix that has had occasional seizures for several years. We, finally, determined that they seemed to be caused by the anti-flea medication we applied to her neck and spine areas. Once we stopped this treatment, she rarely seems to have any more seizures! Do you you know what causes them for Simon?

Hi! Great looking dog!
