In my previous post, I introduced you to Critters Who Care, a site dedicated to providing children exposed to tragedy in their lives with a stuffed animal.

As I mentioned, Critters Who Care is a sponsor of our Virtual Baby Shower and has generously donated 3 bears for our shower.

I know that by their sponsoring the virtual baby shower, we are helping them to spread the word about Critters Who Care, but I want to take that a step further because what they do for kids is too wonderful to not receive some special attention.

I have a $25 Starbucks Gift Card that I am going to offer to a random winner, provided the following conditions are met:

1. To enter you must donate any amount to Critters Who Care. Visit their donation page to donate by Paypal.
2. Leave a comment here telling us that you donated
3. Email me at kim@accidentalmommies.com with the email address used for your donation and the donation amount (so I can verify) or leave this in your comment, whichever you prefer
4. The total amount donated by all entrants must meet or exceed the amount necessary to provide 1 – 17″ bear for 10 children ($150) in order for the Starbucks Gift Card to be awarded

So, be honest, now you are wondering if you should donate considering there might not be a prize. Well, there still is sort of a prize, even if we do not raise $150. ANYONE who donates ANY AMOUNT will get their website or blog’s 125×125 button placed on our sidebar for 1 month under the “spotlight sites” section on our right sidebar. As you can see, there are only 2 slots available, but they will be made to rotate with each page view, so everyone’s ad will be seen. I will add slots as I deem necessary, with a maximum of 10 ads per slot, which means your ad will be seen no less than 1 in 10 times. We easily average 600 page views a day which means your ad will be seen 60 times a day if there are 10 ads in the slot.
