(ENDED) Family Movie Night Returns with The Jensen Project – giveaway

This giveaway has ended and comments are closed.

The winner is: #23 Vickie C.

A few months back, we had the opportunity to enjoy the first movie project put together by P&G and Walmart called Secrets of the Mountain and we really enjoyed it.

On Friday, July 16th, they are at it again with a brand new family movie called The Jensen Project.  It is a made-for-TV movie that will air on NBC at 8/7 central time.

Like Secrets of the Mountain, The Jensen Project is intended to be a family movie that kids and adults can enjoy watching together without having to worry about it being inappropriate for younger audiences, but with enough action and intrigue to keep the adults entertained as well.  Good, clean fun as they say!

My kids and I watched a trailer and some behind the scenes footage of the movie and we are really looking forward to when it airs.  We even enjoyed the commercials during the first one, they had trivia themed around the commercials and it was a lot of fun.

The future of the world rests in their hands.

Synopsis

After a sixteen-year absence, CLAIRE and MATT THOMPSON reunite with The Jensen Project – a secret community of world-class geniuses doing cutting edge research they share anonymously to help the world. With the aid of their teenage son BRODY (15), they find themselves thrust into a suspenseful race to stop a plan that would allow a potentially dangerous technology to fall into the wrong hands. The Jensen Project is a roller-coaster adventure as Matt, Claire and Brody race against the clock following clues, thwarting evil schemes and rediscovering each other in the process. Ultimately, they not only fight to stop the rogue geniuses, but also discover the truth that healthy families are honest with each other.

Check out the trailer:

We can’t wait to watch this movie together, and thanks to P&G and Walmart we received some popcorn to enjoy during the movie, and a really cool The Jensen Project calculator and a fun The Jensen project ball that glows blue when it bounces (my son’s face lit up like you wouldn’t believe when he saw it).

And much like Secrets of the Mountain, the soundtrack was produced by Randy Jackson (from American Idol) and includes original tracks from great new artists and some up-and-coming artists like Alisan & Ilsey, Brooke White and Jordin Sparks.
