globetrottersWho does love watching The Harlem Globetrotters?  They are so much fun, creative and really great athletes (plus I love their names).  I’ve never seen them in person, but now people across the country have the opportunity because they are live on tour through through May 2010 in over 216 cities!

If you are looking for a family outing that everyone will enjoy, this may be the perfect activity.

And simply because you are a What’s That Smell? reader, I can save you $7 a ticket with the following promo code you can use if you buy tickets online: HGMOM

So, take a look at the tour schedule and start planning your trip.

I can remember way back to as a kid they always played in Milwaukee on New Years Eve…

I see they will there again this New Years Eve.
Hubby did see them at least once there…
I only saw their antics on TV.

    thanks for sharing!

Sounds like fun, I got to see them live when I was around 10 I think… then when I was just out of Highschool they came into a restaurant where I was a waitress and I got to meet them all in person and wait on them. It was pretty neat. One of the guys kept flirting with me and another waitress and teasing me to come hang out with them when I was off.(they stayed in the hotel connected to the restaurant I was working at) It was crazy, I was just out of HS and figured they were just joking, nor did I dare, but it was a fun night at work that i’ll never forget. They are pretty awesome!
