A Duck Pull Toy from Haba is the next gift we are unwrapping in our Kids & Charity Giveaway. Haba is giving one Duck Pull Toy away to one of YOU and they are also donating one Duck Pull Toy to charity to the Household Pantry at the First United Methodist Church in Lowell, IN.

When we were looking for sponsors for our Because It’s Christmas Kids & Charity Giveaway, we knew Haba was a great fit because of their quality, their attention to detail, their concerns over toy safety and how well their toys inspire children.

The Haba Duck Pull Toy resembles an old-fashioned, heirloom style toy. It is made of Bavarian beech, elm or maple wood. It is dyed with water-based dye and painted and sealed with contaminant-free, saliva-proof paint. It is a little over 6″ high, has a nylon pull cord and is for babies and toddlers ages 1+.

A child who has recently learned to walk will love this toy. It is bright colorful, sturdy and the wheels are designed so that when he is pulled, he waddles, just like a duck! The quality of this toy is unmistakable. It is solid and well built and the finish is gorgeous.

I know Abby will love this toy. First of all it has a string and ever since she started walking last month at 10 months old, she loves toys that she can pull along with her. She’s also going to love the look and feel of this toy and I can feel safe that it is safe for her to chew on because she chews on everything!

I am very impressed with the quality of this toy. The finish is beautiful and sure to intrigue a curious 1 year old for it’s smoothness and because of all the different shapes. It is vibrant and fun and the wobbly wheels are a great feature. It is a simple, old-fashioned, style toy but with Haba’s quality and safety setting them apart, it really is a great toy.
