Smile and Open Your Eyes – it apparently can’t be done!

I wanted to get a picture of Jake with his cool new haircut.

Just a nice smiling picture.

Here is the first shot I ended up with:

As usual, the kid can’t keep his eyes open when he smiles.

So I tried again..

and again…

and again…

I thought we were almost getting it, and then…

I really think he was losing interest…

Last try and…..um….no.

So, I may never have a nice picture of my son just smiling and looking at the camera, but really I think the goofy faces are much more fun and indicative of his personality!

    Your son is adorable! I have a similar post in my blog, can’t get a decent shot of my 3 year old either he makes funny faces on purpose whenever I tell him to smile.
