As for the formula/breastmilk thing, seriously, I really would not beat yourself about it. I was breastfed and was sick all the time. Neither of my parents were. Go figure. My brother, who was adopted, spent the first 2 months of his life on Thorazine and Melaril trying to come off the Heroin his Birthmom was mainlining throughout her pregnancy and never had a drop of breast milk. He is to this day, never sick. Poor baby girl!!

As for the formula/breastmilk thing, seriously, I really would not beat yourself about it.
