Are 8 month olds (just turned 8 months) supposed to be standing up and trying to walk?

Hi – seems as though they do these days – my granddaughter was born 23rd March last year and she was walking on Christmas Day – 9 months old. She didnt have teeth either. She didnt get teeth until she was 12 months old and is now 16 months and still only has 4 teeth with half a double one cutting thru now. Does anyone think I need to worry that there are no more teeth as yet???

Whoa! That’s early! I had one walk at 10 months, but she was a tiny thing and soooo active. No teeth? That’s weird?

    Awwwww!

  8. Lori says:

Better watch out! Madeline started walking at 9 months, and I had to stop her from running into the ocean at 10.5 months. No teeth? That’s odd…
