Nothing a group of seniors not taking themselves too seriously!
Supposedly this is from a retirement home but that one guy has an awful lot of muscles for a retired person, but I guess it’s possible.
They also all seem a bit too fit to be in a retirement home, but in any case, it’s pretty funny to watch.
They deserve some sort of medal for their performance.
