Last year, Alyson and I ran what we called “Because It’s Christmas, Kids & Charity Giveaway” which was an event that included some great giveaways and some great gifts for charity. We were able, thanks to our sponsors, to donate over $900 worth of toys to charity, and we had over 9,000 entries into the giveaways. It was a fun and successful event so we have decided to do it again.
The Second Annual Because It’s Christmas Kids & Charity Giveaway (or BIC 2.0 for short) will be kicking off here soon with some great sponsors.

NEEDED FUNDS.] SO DEPOSIT IN FIDELITY BANK FOR INVESTING AND SPENT 7K ON DEBTS. 4 DAYS GO BUY AND BANK CLEARS MY CHECK BUT B4 I SENT MY MEMORBILLA OUT I WAITED ANOTHER 3 WEEKS TO ENSURE ITS GOOD SO SPENT 8K ON DEBTS AND KIDS 1 MONTH AFTER DEPOSIT OF CHECK.THEN THE CHECK BOUNCES. THEY HAVE INSURANCE ON DEPOSITS BUT SAY MINE NOT COVERED. YET THEY PAID THE BANK RESPONSIBLE FOR PHONEY CHEcK THE 12K. WHY???????
CAUSE THEY TOOK MY INSURED ACCT AND PAID FOR THERE ERROR.there bank policy NOT ALLOWED TO CASH ALTERED CHECK or we pay loses!!. YET THEY NOT COVER ME FOR CASHING ALTERED CHECK I didnt know it was stolen. they only paid THE HSBC BANK. THEY HAVE BILLIONS AT OUR EXPENCE=SOME OF THERE PROFIT. I AM WAITING FOR DISIBILTY TO COME IN AND HAVE SECTION 8 APPROVED BUT NEED DEPOSIT AND FURNITURE,[MOVING FROM ROOM I RENT. ONLY OWN BEDROOM FURNITURE CAUSE CANT AFFORD MORE ON MY ASSISTED INCOME TILL I GET DISABILTY SSI-SSA] I TAKE WHAT I CAN AM ONLY TEMPORARLY IN BIND THAT A LITTLE HELP WILL FIX SO MUCH. ALSO MY KIDS HAVE BEEN SO GOOD WITH MY INCOME CHANGE AND NOT HAVING THINGS WOULD LIKE TO GIVE THEM CHRISTMAS.aNY EXTRA I MAY RECIEVE I WILL RETURN TO ANOTHER AT DIGITAL CHARITY OR AIDE PAGE. I FEEL THAT YOU LORIE,KIM,AND VICKIE IS A BLESSEN TO THE FAMILIES THAT YOU HELP OUT AROUND CHRISTMAS FOR THE KIDS GIVING THEM GIFTS IN ALL.
IM A SINGLE PARENT WITH FOUR KIDS,ITS FUNNY WHEN I HEAR THEM TALK AMONG EACHOTHER ABOUT SANTA THEY HAVE THERE DISAGREEMENTS ON IF HES REAL OR NOT.
I HAVE 12YEAR OLD WHICH IS MY OLDEST SHES A GIRL MY 10 YEARS OLD IS A GIRL ALSO THEN THERES 2BOYS 8&6.THEY COME TO ME AND TELL ME WHAT THEY WOULD LIKE FOR CHRISTMAS…….. I AM NOT ABLE AT ALL…I DONT WORK CAUSE IM DISABLE THE INCOME WE RECIEVE PAYS THE BILLS…THANK GOD..I STAY IN LEHIGH ACRES,FLA. WITH ALL THAT I PRAY AND ASK GOD TO SEND US AN CHRISTMAS ANGEL……..GOD BLES U GUYS!!!
So wonderful!! That’s what the season is all about. We have always made it a big family event to buy and give at least one toy for the Marines’ Toys for Tots program since the kids were little. Now that they are grown, Bill & I still do it every year, no matter what our finances are… we will do without before we stop doing that one thing each year!
Please let me know when,I have a family who is really in need an they are trying so hard too,all they want is a little something for their 2 sons,nothing for themselves,thanks
