I love The Skinny Cow ice cream.  My favorite are the vanilla or the mint ice cream sandwiches, but really all of them are not only tasty but suit my lifestyle perfectly.  As someone who is still trying to lose some baby-weight, low fat alternatives to my favorite treats such as ice cream really help me stick to my goals of a healthier lifestyle.
