Kraft Foods Recipe for Joy: send a free e-card and feed TEN PEOPLE

kraftfeedingamerica

Kraft Foods has teamed up with Feeding America this year with the goal of providing ONE MILLION MEALS THREE MILLION MEALS (we surpassed the 1 million mark so the new goal is 3 million) to fight hunger.  So many families are experiencing hardship this year, and with a simple click of your mouse, you can send a free e-card to a friend and in return Kraft Foods will donate TEN MEALS for each e-card sent to Feeding America.

Imagine sending a warm holiday greeting (for free) to 10 friends and helping to feed ONE HUNDRED PEOPLE.  How amazing is that?

Tis the season for being thankful and for giving to others.  Kraft Foods and Feeding America are making it possible for you to help others this year by giving up a minute of your time to send an e-card.  You can use this opportunity to send Thanksgiving or Christmas wishes to your loved ones and to help feed hungry people at the same time.  It breaks my heart to think that there are children out there who are hungry in our country….

There is nothing to sign-up for or register for, except to provide your name and email address so people know who sent them the e-card.

Take a minute, take 5 minutes, let’s help people.

Send a free e-card to help provide one three million meals to fight hunger.

To sweeten the pot, I am actually participating in a contest revolving around this campaign against 11 other bloggers.  The blogger who refers the most people to send e-cards to provide meals will get $1,000 DONATED in their name to their local Feeding America food bank.

So help me help others.

Click over and send a free e-card (or 10).

And if you want to help even more, Tweet one of the following out over Twitter:

I enjoyed the “The Christmas Choir” on the Hallmark channel. There are so few movies that
families can watch anymore until it is wonderful to be able to enjoy on together. I am going to send e-cards today. Wish I could do more to help others. JJ

  3. Just finished watching the xmas choir. Cute and inspirational. If this e mail feeds one, yes. The product is good, the company deserved.

    • Thank you for the Christmas Choir movie !
what a blessing ! I couldn’t wait to email all my friends. I think more cities could start a Christmas Choir, and it could expand to the youth at risk too ! I’m going to suggest it to the various leaders in my communities !
Give my thanks to Kraft and to the Hallmark Channel !
      Blessings,
      Marie Moren

I think the sending a card so that I could feed 10 people is a great thing if it works.

I have tried sending multiple names and then tried just one at a time but I keep getting a notice that there is an error.

    You’re Welcome, Children of Africa!

  8. I could not get my ecard to send. It kept telling me that I need to check all fields and make sure they were filled in completly. They were but it would not send. I watched “The Christmas Choir” on the Hallmark Channel Monday night and was very touched. It is an amazing story. I think what Kraft is donating is wonderful. I hope I can send my cards and add to the cause.

      Terri,
I had that problem too when I tried to send to multiple recipients. It worked when I did it one at a time. I’m going to let them know about the problem.
