Qlubb – connect and organize your group online for FREE

qlubbWhether you have family activities, church groups, sports groups or whatever kind of organization you belong to, it is often difficult to organize, share and plan all the activities between all the members. Well now there is a free online service called Qlubb that makes organizing and connecting with your group a whole lot easier!

From the site:

Qlubb is a web-based group utility that enables real-world groups to easily connect, share and get stuff done. Qlubb brings all aspects of group interaction to one simple and intuitive place. With event calendaring, sign-up sheets, photo sharing, member rosters, file sharing, task reminder service, and bulletin boards, Qlubb provides all the functions needed to easily and actively participate within a group.
Recognizing that busy people don’t have time or patience to “figure out” another web application, Qlubb has made it a principle philosophy to keep everything SIMPLE (simple interface, simple Qlubb creation, simple task creation, simple account management, etc.). It only takes 2 clicks to create a Qlubb, an 1 click to join a Qlubb.

I took a quick test-drive of the Qlubb site and it looks like it will be a very useful tool. I have been looking for a way to organize all of my blogging activities and since I work frequently with Alyson from 3 P’s in Pod, Qlubb might be a great way for us to keep our projects organized and our schedule in one easily accessible place.

Qlubb will also be a great family organizer to keep track of family activities and events and allow us to post things like soccer games and other things so that our entire family can keep track and plan their schedules. What a great time saver! Not only can you keep track of activities with their 30-day calendar service, you can upload photos, share links, leave notes, email the group, and even upload files.

So what have you got to lose? Go check out Qlubb!

  1. I saw others post about this. I could use a little organization online, with all that I’m up to now. Thanks for the great post :)
