About the Amusement Park Toy:

My daughter went nuts when she saw the toy, she really was fascinated with it from the get-go.  I don’t think she really even cared that it was in the box, she played with it before I even opened it up.  Once I opened it up, she was distracted for quite awhile playing with her new toy.

The Pop On Pals Amusement Park Play Set includes a “Pop On Pal” character, 3 interchangeable mix n’ match rings that transform the character, and has an interactive roller coaster, ferris wheel and swinging dragon.  It also has 2 “carnival” games – knocking down cans and ringing a bell with a hammer.  All have moving parts and there is music, lights and sounds to really make the play set come to life.

The Pop On Pal character literally “pops on” to 5 different activation points on the toy and is the perfect size for little hands.  Their size and shape is ideal for my daughter to play with and take the mix n’ match rings on and off without any trouble.

Abby really enjoyed playing with the Pop On Pal, changing the rings and placing him on the different parts of the toy.  She figured out how to make the ferris wheel spin and how to work the other interactive aspects.  She plays with it a lot although her favorite part is the roller coaster.  She squeals with delight when he rolls down and hits the floor.

Overall I think this is a great toy and has a lot of potential for long-term play.  Even my 6 year old plays with it.  I would have liked the play set to come with 2 Pop On Pals characters instead of just the one.  It’s a big play set with a lot of available activities and it really does need a second character.   Also, we did have a mishap where my daughter fell over the toy and one of the flags broke off the side of the roller coaster.  Thankfully it broke clean off, screw and all, and there is nothing sharp left on the toy so it is fully usable, it’s just missing a flag.
