Planet Wal-Mart

Wal-Mart.com USA, LLCI went to Wal-Mart tonight with the kids. I needed some cheap rugs for my laundry room and was kind of desperate to get out of the house. We had a lovely dinner at Taco Bell where we froze while eating our tacos. The good news is that Jake ate 2 whole tacos!

Anyhoo…then we made our way to Wal-Mart, or should I say “Planet Wal-Mart”? You could seriously live in this store. It is the ‘super’ kind and had the following things INSIDE the store (like you would never have to leave):

  • McDonalds
  • Eye Care Center
  • Nail Salon
  • Hair Salon
  • Bank
  • Photography Studio

And considering they are your typical Wal-Mart PLUS a full blown grocery store, it seriously could be its own planet!

Too bad their bathrooms are the slums……

You’re digging in my archives…how did you find this post from June? Not complaining, it just kind of cracked me up!

I don’t get lettuce on the tacos so he eats them. I love salad but hate lettuce on my food, so why should I make him eat it?

Our Wal-marts do NOT have clean bathrooms. If they could fix that, I’d live there!

  2. Okay, so what I want to know is how you got your 5 yr old to actually eat Tacos in the 1st place!;) And yep, gotta love Wally World! And the ones near us actually have nice enough bathrooms. In fact, they are one of my favored places since they have one in both the front and back of the store!

Good Ol’ walmart. My wallets worst enemy. Seriously, Im dangerous in that store! I could walk in with the intentions of buying a spool of ribbon and walk out having spent $150. IN-SANE!

  4. Colleen says:

Why is it always so cold in Taco Bell? The one in our town, which happens to be conveniently located right in front of Super WalMart, is freezing every time we go there. No matter if it’s December or July.

LOVE Wal-Mart…not good though. I always go and end up with awy more stuff. I try to make a list and stick to it but it doesn’t work…somehow someway I can always justify buying whatever it is that sneaks up on me! GAH, if only I wasn’t so darn convincing! lol

    Do you play tennis?

I always leave Wal-Mart with 3 times more than I went there to get…

  7. Lori says:

Do you find yourself buying stuff at Wal-Mart that you really don’t _need_, but it’s so darn cheap, why not? We picked up some new tennis rackets (which we did need) and got rackets for the girls mostly because of their price.
