I admit that I am totally addicted to bargain hunting. It’s like a game for me, especially around the holidays. One year I bought 6 $30 label makers for $4 each during a “one-day” deal and then had to figure out whom I would give them to. I was so proud of my conquest, I actually bragged to the recipients how little they cost.
What I lack in tact I make up for in….hmmm…..there must be something….
Anyhow, before Thanksgiving rolls around, the world of sales and deals discussions on the web is abuzz with anticipation over the always anticipated “Black Friday”, the Friday after Thanksgiving. This day officially kicks off the Christmas shopping season and is known for its great deals. The new trend in the last few years has been for stores to also offer Black Friday deals online, but the question is, how do you find out about these deals?
In general, I urge you to subscribe to our updates and you can receive a free copy of our e-book that discusses how to find great shopping deals online. In addition to that (and we will definitely be adding this resource to the e-book) is a site called BlackFriday.net. You can go to the site RIGHT NOW and see the specials that stores will be having for Black Friday 2008! I’m not sure how they know, but they claim to, and I saw some things I’ve already got my eye on. Mommy needs a new computer and both Best Buy and Circuit City are going to have some great sales. The best part is, you can actually order these Black Friday deals right from your computer desk, there is no need to visit the store. I only see one thing that would make the BlackFriday site better and that is a wishlist feature where you can bookmark the things you have your eye on.
I’m definitely going to use BlackFriday.net as a resource for my holiday shopping bargain hunting!
