The Day After

Even More Elfcapades

This is probably my last round of Elcapades photos.  I’m winding down to enjoy Christmas with my family so posting will be even more sporadic at best.

Thorpe has been busy every night hiding and having fun and even brought a few gifts along the way.  We have really enjoyed having him here, but honestly I’m running out of ideas and next year we will wait an extra week before he arrives.

He tried to join the Nativity Scene but got tangled in lights.

He tried (poorly) to impersonate a nutcracker.

He rode Rudolph and left presents in the kid’s stockings.

And he even danced with Santa Homer.

Wishing you and your families a happy and healthy Christmas and New Year!

Join in the Elf Magic tradition with your family.  We received a complimentary Travel Ticket and Sleigh Delivery Costs.

A fake cash register, and real money.

Smart boy.

Visit with Santa

We saw Santa at the mall this weekend.

NOT my preferred location but I think in some ways the kids like it better.  I remember being enthralled by seeing Santa at the mall.  I can’t explain it, but it’s a part of childhood I guess.

My kids were stoked and Abby was ECSTATIC.  She beamed as she walked up to him and could not stop smiling as she sat on his lap.  And it was a GOOFY smile!

Although Jake told me that when Santa asked her what she wanted for Christmas she said “I don’t want to tell you, just bring me stuff.”

I guess she was in “quiet awe” of Santa.
