Now where will I put the dirty laundry?

Who’d have though that this:

treadmill

…..has a purpose beyond just being a place to pile dirty laundry????

This morning I got up at 6 am, put on my running gear and hit the treadmill.

Here is me at 6 am:

kim

I look like I am sort of smiling…funny I don’t remember smiling, especially after I walked for 30 minutes (since it’s been awhile I didn’t want to hurt myself trying to run) on that thing only to have it tell me I burned only 169 calories.

Stupid, jerk, treadmill, liar thing.

And what is up with my nose? I swear it wasn’t that big yesterday.

And way off topic, have you seen the Festina watches? I need a new watch and love the Pink Road Warrior ones!

CanCan, aside from leisurely walks through the neighborhood it’s been about 11 months for me. When I got pregnant they thought she might be ectopic so they made me stop doing any form of exercise (I was running regularly prior) in the beginning and it became a habit – not to work out.

Lori, I usually do the hair to try and make my head look smaller. You know all about big noggins at your house.

  3. Kim says:

    Thanks Laura,
I would rather be online, but with the weather getting cooler and my jeans not fitting, well…something had to be done!

  4. Way to go! I haven’t worked out since the day I went in to labor. Um, 14 months ago?

  5. Lori says:

Lookin’ good! I’m not used to seeing you without big hair! :>

  6. Laura says:

Good for you for getting up and working out. I get up early, but it’s to spend time online….

  7. Kim says:

    Thanks Melissa!
I really want one of those elliptical machines but we don’t have room for a 747 inside the house. Those ellipticals are HUGE!

  8. Kim says:

Thanks Mimi, both for telling me my nose is not big (I don’t believe you) and for letting me know I made you smile!
