Nannycam video shows 11 month old being abused by caregiver
Trisha shared this with us tonight during our Friday Night Live radio show and I felt like I had share it with all of you – because it might help someone realize that paranoia and being over-protective are sometimes a much better alternative to trusting someone you barely know and risking this kind of behavior towards your child. I’d much rather offend someone and make sure my kid is being treated right than find out this was happening in my own house by someone who came highly recommended.
Warning…this is seriously disturbing.
I’m not kidding.
There might even be tears.

These people trusted someone to CARE for their child and look at how he was treated.

That is absolutely horrendous. I remember when it was the news around here. We were all mortified, and yes, I cried also.
I hope she spends years in jail… but they don’t treat child abusers well in jail, she’ll get what is coming to her!

That was very hard to watch. I am glad this woman was caught and is being punished. However, the dad “noticed” the baby had a black eye and then bought a nanny cam. This should not have happened. The father knew something was up, bought the nanny cam and then left his baby with her anyway. Follow your instincts…and follow through.
This just broke my heart!
If it had been my child, that bitch would be half dead. NO ONE has the right to abuse a child like that.
And her explanation of she was mad at the family and took it out on the baby??? REAL MATURE.
This just makes me sick. When I watched it, I just cried. I can’t believe someone would do that to an innocent child. I am glad there was nothing major wrong with the baby. She could have done such harm.
This video keeps running through my head…they need a big man to throw a medicine ball at her head and slap her in the head till she falls over. Has she no human decency? Call it a bad day, you just don’t treat another human being like that..period. I hope you keep us updated as to her sentence.

I can’t even watch this video again after seeing it on Friday during FNL. It’s absolutely disgusting and I am appalled that ANYONE could treat a CHILD this way. This is the exact reason why I don’t work and leave my children with someone. Being overly protective and paranoid (or as my mom would call me, a worrywart) is sometimes the best way to keep your kids safe!
