My Motherload is a Frigidaire Washer & Dryer!!!!

When I was asked to be a part of Team Washer/Dryer in conjunction with Frigidaire’s “My Mother Load” program I not only had to pick myself up off the floor, but my husband’s jaw as well.  I wish I had taken a picture of the look on his face.

Thanks to Mom Central, we get to test drive a brand-spanking new RED Frigidiare washer and dryer!!!!

And I already have their names picked out…Lucy and Ethel (if you are new here, I tend to name my major appliances).

I can’t stop staring at them!

Laundry is a major chore for me and it seems like I can never keep up with it.  I am constantly lugging baskets of laundry downstairs and it always seems to take forever, especially waiting for the clothes to dry because the washer is always done first.   I also find that my old dryer does not do a good job preventing wrinkles, and my old washer really beats up the clothes because it has an agitator.

Who wouldn’t want a laundry room that looked like the one below?  I hope my husband has his power tools charged and his nail-gun filled (scratch that, last time he used the nail-gun, one went into his hand and it required surgery).  Once Lucy and Ethel arrive, I think THEY will insist on a makeover for the entire laundry room.

Shoot, I gotta run and put in another load of laundry…I can’t wait for Lucy and Ethel to come help me do my laundry!
