I like cabbage, but the thought of it grosses me out! but I love Corned beef all around :D

Even though I should love this dish being a St.

Oh yum! Love me some corned beef and cabbage! My Mom always made it for St Patty’s so you can imagine my surprise when my hubby loved it too! Never even imagined it could be made low fat! ks for sharing!

I don’t recall ever having corned beef until about 2 years ago. I really do like it but why do they call it “corned” beef LOL?
