RIP Max. It’s so hard. I’m a big lover of pets ~ we’ve had dogs and a cat. I even have a granddog Black Lab that was around before ‘Lil Moomette. The Granddog spent time on a college campus for awhile. It’s so hard, my sympathy.

    Thank you Nicole.
Simon is happy with his tennis ball right now! He seems a little weird, mostly he’s just clingy, but I haven’t seen him moping.

    Val,
Thanks for the kind words about Max, they definitely become like our kids!

I’m really sorry for your loss. I know how hard it is to lose a pet like that. He was a good boy and I felt very comfortable with him around Kaylee. He will be missed. I don’t know if this we’ll make you feel better or not but Tic Tac can come keep Simon company.

Kim, I am so sorry to learn of your loss. What a handsome dog your Max was. Some of us love our pets like children and it hurts so damned much when they’re gone. The tribute is beautiful.

    Granny w/ Hobo,
We never got Max and Hobo together to play…Max would have loved that!
