My daughter woke up this morning with hair.
And not just any hair….weird hair just on the top of her head.
Well, she did have some hair before, a fine thin layer of it, but nothing like what she woke up with.

Even she is surprised!
Here are a couple of pictures of how she essentially looked until this morning:

It’s kind of crazy, and it’s not a shadow….look at this shot:

I think she is having a little trouble lifting her head up with all that weird hair!
BTW, I just noticed the date on my camera is off…I took the weird hair pictures today, I’m sure of it!

Thanks Heather, I just wish I had a better camera!
Oh Kim, She is just so photogenic!
Colleen,
They change so fast, sometimes without us even realizing it!
Kimberly,
How weird! But people have told me it may just fall out before it grows in for good.
Mannequin,
You know, she’s been eating stage 2 baby foods as of the other day. Instead of just 1 ingredient it has 2 or 3, like blueberry pear oatmeal so maybe that is it. I don’t know were she gets her eyes from but I overhead someone in the store the other day say “look at them big ‘ol eyes on that baby!”
Kellie, you cracked me up!
That’s so funny. Everything seems to grow fast when they’re that young. When my son was a younger, I swear he’d go down for a nap and wake up an inch taller two hours later.
How cute! And I need to know the trick to that. My youngest is 8 and still has so little hair!
One interesting fact to note, we had the opposite problem with my daughter when she was just a few months old. I left her with the babysitter (my grandmother) and came home from college or work one day and Cameron had NO HAIR!! I cried!
Had you fed her anything strange or different the day before? Just askin’… because I might want to get some.
what gorgeous big eyes she has.
That’s so funny. And weird. I never knew hair grew that fast. Well except on my legs. And my pits. Ok, I guess hair does grow that fast, never mind!
