I regularly eat Fiber One Vanilla Yogurt.  With 50 calories, 5 grams of fiber and 0 grams of fat, it really does leave me with ZERO GUILT.  In fact, I just had one now!  Fiber One Yogurt also comes in Strawberry, Peach and Key Lime flavors.

I really enjoy the taste of Fiber One Yogurt, it is a filling snack that fits in perfectly with my goals to eat better and watch my calories.  It satisfies my sweet tooth and keeps me from being hungry in between meals.  And Fiber One is Hungry Girl approved!
