Well said, Kim! I never intend to make money off my blog. I really made it just for myself to keep track of what I’ve made and it’s nice to see what I thought before I make it again. Like a reference.
But I totally agree on the friendship. :)

I think you make a lot of good points here. I haven’t put adsense on my site but if/when I do it’ll be a bonus if they get clicks. I get alot out of blogging and reading other people’s blogs too. I think the blogging community is just great to be a part of.

Hah, you too with the shiny things huh? Personally I take it as a sign of brilliance that I am so easily distracted by all things shiny. It’s how I imagine Einstein would be.

You are going to think this is really creepy, but I had a dream last night that you left a comment on this post. And then I woke up to find that you did.

So.

Instead of having fun adventures on the Lost island or steamy love scenes with Peter from Fringe, I dream about you leaving a comment here.

I figure Einstein would have similar dreams too….

well said, and you’re right.

Great content is only one piece of the puzzle. Relationships really do glue it all together, from a business/traffic etc perspective, but even more importantly, from just a soul-nourishing stance. It is the stuff of life.

I think that’s why I’m so smitten with blogging – because I’m finding friends who are brilliant and thoughtful, and really, what else is there?

Oh yeah, shiny things. Like coins. I like those, too :)

I started blogging just to keep my far away family and friends in the loop…and was shocked when people I didn’t know started reading.

Now I’m blogging for fun, and because I’m starting to make such great friends. I might be stuck in Southern Indiana, but I’m not isolated anymore!
