I love the idea of “active relaxation” because inactive slumping on the couch is never as restorative to me as deep breathing or yoga. Now make it a game…I’m sold! I need an “escape” because I am confined to my location until I deliver my twins. Thanks!

I would love these games! Anything to relax & keep the “mommy brain” from turning into cartoony jello :) I’m a single mommy of 3 myself and I work full time with small children as well. This is for me!
