#127 Judy Brittle

Edy’s Slow Churned Ice Cream, for the past four years, has recognized American neighborhoods with their Edy’s Slow Churned “Neighborhood Salute” and this year they continue the great tradition by throwing 1,500 block parties in neighborhoods across the country.

To celebrate, Edys is giving away 1,500 ice cream block parties!  To enter to win, you simply need to tell Edy’s why YOUR neighborhood deserves an Edy’s Slow Churned Neighborhood SaluteSM ice cream block party and you could be one of 1,500 winners to scoop up enough FREE Edy’s Slow Churned® light ice cream to feed up to 100 guests, plus a FREE party-in-a-box.  May 29, 2009 is the last day to enter.

In addition to that, Edy’s is also launching a brand-new flavor to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Rocky Road!  With their “A Taste of Recovery” promotion they are scooping ice cream and lifting spirits.

At Edy’s®, we have a history of lifting spirits. In 1929, we introduced a new flavor of ice cream to bring a smile to people during the dark days of the Great Depression. That flavor was Rocky Road. Now, 80 years later, we’re at it again. To brighten the summer, Edy’s® is introducing a brand new Slow Churned® Light Ice Cream Limited Edition flavor, and we need your help!

We’re looking for one energetic American to help us spread a little cheer by unveiling our new flavor! If you want to spend a day dishing up ice cream and dishing out smiles, fill out an application. You could be the winner of Edy’s® Slow Churned “A Taste of Recovery™” Promotion – and scoop up a cool $100,000 to help make a positive change in your life!
