(ENDED) Cake in the Face! Bake me a Wish Gourmet Cake Father’s Day Giveaway

Every once in awhile, I get an opportunity that I just can’t pass up.  A few weeks ago, Bake Me A Wish contacted me and asked me if I would like to “ambush” my husband and smash a cake in his face as a part of their Cake in the Face Father’s Day promotion.

Really?

What woman would say no to that?

Seriously.

So they sent me a cake.

I set it up telling my husband that we had to review the cake but that it wasn’t a traditional review.  All we had to do, I told him, is take a video of us opening the cake and trying it.  So I set my camera up on the tripod, gathered everyone around the counter, and began getting the cake ready to sample. (BTW, I did not tell anyone, not even my son who is all giggly for some weird reason).

I still laugh when I watch that.

The “what the…..?” at the end is just priceless.

And for the record, my son did eat some of the cake after wards.   There was no way he was going to be promised cake and not eat any – face imprint or no face imprint.
