Cabbage Soup Diet – day 1 observations

It stinks, but nothing you can’t mask with seasoning.

I have to pee A LOT.

I miss coffee.

I have made a change to the Cabbage Soup Diet: day 8 = TACO BELL

Onions make me cry (or maybe it’s the thought of eating cabbage).

The broth doesn’t taste half bad, once I return from a shopping trip I’ll try the rest of the soup (would rather not be known as “gas lady”).

Tic-Tacs cannot replace actual food.

Lol! I feel for you! This is one diet I can’t do! I started the master cleanse today and I want food so bad lol all those left overs are calling my name haha! I’ve locked my self in my room and sipping my lemonade. The master cleanse is not that bad but it’s no food period! This is my 3rd time on it. I lose 10 lbs each time and gain maybe 2 or 3 lbs back so it’s been the best fad diet for me and lol I’ve done them all! Shhhh

    Good luck!!!

I tried it 6 months ago and lasted for 5 days before I totally caved. I lost a bit 6 lbs but gained it all back in no time at all.

I know this all to well. The soup was good for about a day and 1/2 and to eat all those veggies and fruits all day long. I didn’t want to breath them again for awhile. We lost weight in a week but keeping it off was the hardest part.
