Babies are weird.

Today, Abby actually stood on her own for about 30 seconds. She didn’t realize she did it, which is why she did it. She was standing in a sort of karate stance (wonder where she got that from) with her feet spread apart and her knees bent. It was so cute but unfortunately where I was I couldn’t get to the camera in time.

Then she came over by me as I was sitting on the couch and sort of gave me a hug. As she pulled away, she accidentally grabbed onto the V-neck of my shirt and pulled it down with her as she sat on her butt. Apparently that was the most interesting thing ever because she kept doing it, and now she is stalking me in an effort to pull on it again. My shirt is all stretched out now. Little weirdo.

As I sat here writing this, I glanced over and noticed the current TV guide sitting on the table. It has the ladies from Desperate Housewives on there. These ladies are attractive, do they really need to use an airbrush to edit the photos? I’d much prefer to see them with just some normal makeup rather than looking like they were drawn by an artist.

  1. Babies are funny that way. Paige was not breast fed more than 10 days tops in her little life but the way she pulls on my shirts and manages to mash my breasts, well, you sure would never know it.

I love that Ab’s is now ‘stalking’ you!! lol

  2. Go Abby Go!! I remember when Sammy walked for the first time. It was Halloween last year. My husband and I were sitting on the sofa and he just stood up and walked over to us with about 6 or 7 steps. He looked just like Baby Frankenstein!! :). It happens so fast. Enjoy. There’s no stopping her now.

  3. Aww, not much longer now. You are going to be chasing her soon – if you are not already- let the fun times begin!

  4. LOL!! They do find amusement in the strangest things!

  5. I can totally picture her grabbing your shirt as she falls. So cute.
