Allison Janney – switched at birth?

“Oh no, we forgot Allison Janney!” came a cry from the back seat.  “Can we go back to our house and get her?”

We were 20 minutes into a 30 minute drive to the mall when Abby realized she forgot Allison Janney.

Not THE Allison Janney but a reasonable facsimile.

A stuffed giraffe.

My husband has named said giraffe “Allison Janney” and has Abby calling it that too.

So…what do you think?  Switched at birth?

Yes, I live with loons.

    That is too funny. Does Abby even KNOW who the real Allison is?
    I love the real one, and the giraffe is gorgeous, so I think the name is perfect.
    You made me laugh out loud and I woke 3 of the dogs… dammit (don’t let Abby hear me).

      She has no idea who the real one is. It’s funny because it’s so cute to hear her say ‘Allison Janney” that we are constantly holding up the giraffe asking her “who is this?”
