A little over a month ago I announced that I had won $50 worth of Smashbox cosmetics from Hybrid Mom in this post: You are NOT Going to Believe This!

As you may have noticed by now I am the last person in the world to have a need for cosmetics. Chap-Stick is about the extent of my daily primping.

This is good news for someone else, because I have decided to give the cosmetics away to one lucky reader. Well, actually this time luck will have nothing to do with it. Instead of having a random drawing, YOU will have the control, the POWER to win.

Before I go any further, let me tell you about the prize and then I’ll tell you how you can win.

This is the fun part and likely different than any other blog giveaway you have ever entered. You see, YOU have the power to win this giveaway. It is literally in your hands, or at least at your fingertips.

Here’s what you do:

1. Leave a ONE WORD comment on this post, any word that is family friendly (words don’t have to be unique and family friendly means no swearing or obscene words)
2. Wait for another person to complete #1 above
3. Leave another one word comment on this post
4. Repeat the above until the contest deadline of Monday July 28th at noon central time
5. The winner is the person who has left the most comments

As you can see, YOU HAVE THE POWER to win. Keep coming back as many times as you want to leave a one-word comment so long as someone else has commented before you. You are not allowed multiple comments in a row and if you do comment multiple sequential times, all comments in the sequence will be disqualified.
