Seal - New CD “Soul” review and prize pack GIVEAWAY
THE GIVEAWAY HAS ENDED AND COMMENTS ARE NOW CLOSED.
I listen to a lot of different types of music. I have CD’s in my collection that range from Christian to Rap and a little of everything in between. My music selection at any given time reflects my mood and I have something for every mood. I think the most embarrassing CD I own, and I admit to having listened to it within the last 5 years is by Joey Lawrence. I can’t believe I told you that…
Anyhow, now that you may think my taste in music is questionable, I hope you will keep reading about a new CD by Seal that I recently got to review. It is his 6th studio album and the CD is called Soul and is a compilation of the best classic soul songs ever created. Combine these wonderful songs with Seal’s wonderful husky voice and unique style and you have an instant classic. The CD was released on Nov. 11th and was produced by David Foster.
There are 12 soul classics on this CD and Seal recreated all of them and added his own special touch. His voice is better than ever and the CD truly captures the emotion, drama and romance of the era during which these songs were originally created. It has a nostalgic feel because the songs are ones everyone has heard before but with with a fresh new feel because of Seal’s great voice. I really enjoyed this CD and it will make a wonderful addition to my eclectic music collection.
If you would like to listen to a sample of the music from Seal’s new CD, you can listen to 2 songs and watch the associated music video using the widget below. You won’t regret it!
You can buy Seal’s new CD pretty much anywhere music CD’s are sold including Amazon.com.
