Disposable?
ABC Local News - Baby Found in Garbage Dump
I keep seeing this baby on the news today and it brings tears to my eyes each time. At least she is still alive, but the thought of her left alone outside…in a place where she was obviously left to die…is more than I can fathom.
I know of at least 1 person who has struggled in a search to adopt a baby, and here is someone who just treats one a disposable.
How could anyone just abandon her in that way? What is wrong with people?

About 2 weeks ago I saw on the news about the same thing happening in Thailand, only this time the baby was like 8 months old! Can you imagine? Tied in a garbage bag! A trash picker found him quite quickly and he didn’t die.

Amazing the stuff we humans do to one another, isn’t it? Especially where, in our country you can drop them off at the hospital, police station, fire station and more with almost no questions asked.

I keep seeing one too and the baby was only a couple hours old when it got dropped off on the step. The girl looked and seen nobody was there and left the baby anyway,it was like 5 hours before she was found . If you are going to do that at least bring it to a hospital or somewhere there are people so the baby is ok.
I agree with you what is wrong with people,if you don’t want your baby give it to a family that does and can’t have one!

I can’t even fanthom just dumping my child somewhere. It really is unthinkable. There are so many other options if you don’t want or cannot take care of your child. I just don’t understand.

I know this isnt as bad, but it reminds me. Lately i have been seeing dead family pets EVERYWHERE..i mean daily. In the roads today a dead dog, clearly someones family pet, i have probably seen 5 dead kittens and this morning i saw one that had a rope around it and i couldn’t tell if someone had drug it out or behind a car or something. People NO responsibility when it comes to their freaking pets, so its not a shocker wen it moves to kids.

This is heartbreaking and sickening. Why in 2008 someone felt this was their only option is appalling.
