I admit it, I used to be obsessed with the X-Files. Well, maybe obsessed isn’t a strong enough word, freak is more like it. Not only did Mulder and Scully grace the top of my wedding cake dressed in a top hat and veil (truly tacky I know) we walked into our reception to the theme song.

I lived and breathed the X-Files to the point that I actually applied to the FBI. Apparently, so did every other X-Files freak because they didn’t need yet another field agent who wanted to catch weirdos and serial killers. So I remained a boring Architect.

Anyhow, there is going to be a new X-Files movie this summer and although my obsession has slowly turned to nostalgia, I will still be first in line to see it.
